1.1. 1.2. The purposes and tasks of the Qualification commission are the organization of qualified examinations at license applicants on activities of the confided lawyer, contribution to receipt to lawyer community of professional and comprehensive educated personnel, increase in their knowledge.

1.3. The qualification commission is formed under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of seven people consisting of heads and specialists of structural divisions of the Ministry of Justice. Commission chairman is one of the deputy ministers of justice determined by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Head of department of legal assistance to citizens and legal work is appointed the vice-chairman and one of specialists of this Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan is appointed the secretary of the qualification commission.
