1. Approve Regulations about classification of assets and contingent obligations and forming of discounts for losses by assets and reserves on losses on contingent obligations it (is applied).

2. To banks without fail till 30.11.2007 to bring the domestic policy and procedures into accord with the Regulations specified in item 1.

3. This resolution becomes effective 30.11.2007 and is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
