About approval of the Regulations on System of e-mail of bodies of public management

For the purpose of implementation of information and communication technologies in activities of bodies of public management, implementation of the Concept of electronic board approved by the Order of the Government N 733 of June 28, 2006. N106-111, 799), the Government DECIDES: ensuring information exchange between bodies of the public power on the basis of electronic means of processing and information transfer

1. Approve Regulations on System of e-mail of bodies of public management it (is applied).

2. To service of information and to ensure safety functioning and safety of System of e-mail of bodies of public management, with appointment according to the legislation of the operator of this System.

3. To perform creation and implementation of System of e-mail of bodies of public management step by step:

the first stage - completion of pilot project of System I of the level "Electronic Courier", creation of the central module of System (2007);

the second stage - creation of workplaces of subscribers of System II of level (2008-2009).

4. Determine that creation, implementation, servicing and development of System of e-mail of bodies of public management will be performed as a part of telecommunication system of bodies of public management.

5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government N252 of April 21, 1995. "About implementation of the "E-mail of Public Administration" system and the mechanism of its realization" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, N 28, the Art. 221).
