About approval of the Procedure for compensation by the subject of managing of the expenses connected with conducting examination (testing) of product samples

According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for compensation by the subject of managing of the expenses connected with conducting examination (testing) of product samples which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity".

Procedure for compensation by the subject of managing of the expenses connected with conducting examination (testing) of product samples

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of compensation by the subject of managing of the expenses of state supervision body (control) connected with conducting examination (testing) of product samples (further - examination), in case of confirmation by results of examination of the fact of violation by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation.

Action of this Procedure does not extend to compensation by the subject of managing of cost of the samples of non-food products and conducting their examination (testing) which are taken away from him.
