of October 3, 2007 No. 891

About approval of the Procedure for registration of materials about administrative offenses of rather state registration of merchant vessels and failure to carry out of legal requirements of officials of bodies of sea and river transport

According to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, Article 31 of the Maritime Code of Ukraine, item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2006 N 789, and for the purpose of compliance with law when implementing production on cases on administrative offenses I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for registration of materials about administrative offenses of rather state registration of merchant vessels and failure to carry out of legal requirements of officials of bodies of sea and river transport which is applied.

2. To State department of sea and river transport (Ivanov E. V.) provide submission of this order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Kasapchuk V. A.
