1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination and the mode of use of conservation zones, zones of regulation of building and zones of the protected natural landscape of objects of historical and cultural heritage.

2. To department of historical and cultural heritage in accordance with the established procedure:

1) to direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to provide official publication of this order after its state registration.

To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister Buribayev A. I.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
