About establishment of restrictions for use of natural resources on certain sites
According to article 51 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil:
1. Determine that on subsoil plots on which fields of peat with the increased content of bitumen and the field of riding peat of low extent of decomposition are located meliorative works and the production of peat which is not connected with its biothermochemical conversion according to appendix are not allowed.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for accomplishment of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
