About approval of Regulations about the permanent credit benefits provided to banks by National Bank of Moldova
For the purpose of determination of rules of use of the permanent credit benefits provided to banks by National Bank of Moldova and based on Art. 11 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova N548-XIII of July 21, 1995. The administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations about the permanent credit benefits provided to banks by National Bank of Moldova.
2. From the date of entry into force of this Resolution the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova by N423 of December 28, 2000 about approval of Regulations about procedure for provision by National Bank of Moldova for the credits overnight voids (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova N14-15/62 of 8.02.2001).
3. This Resolution is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective since April 21, 2006.
