About financing of first-priority projects on development of agricultural production within the "Food for Progress" program
For the purpose of ensuring effective use of the grant provided to the Republic of Uzbekistan within the Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on provision of agricultural products on the "Food for Progress" program:
1. Agree with the proposal of the Joint Uzbek-American working group formed according to the Intergovernmental agreement on financing in 2006-2007 at the expense of the grant means arriving from realization of agricultural products according to the "Food for Progress" program, priority projects on development of agricultural production according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with executives in charge in accordance with the established procedure to include in address lists of buildings for 2006-2007 the capital construction projects included in appendix to this resolution.
3. To the ministries, departments and other executives in charge of projects specified in appendix:
in a month to develop and approve with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan schedules of financing of projects, according to appendix, with quarterly breakdown and the corresponding reasons;
provide target use of means and to quarterly inform the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the project progress.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
provide timely financing of the priority projects included in appendix from the special account opened for accumulation of the means arriving according to the "Food for Progress" program;
