In pursuance of the Order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 23, 2006 of NR-2428 "About measures for attraction of direct investments of JSC Gazprom on conducting exploration works in the Ustyurt region" and for the purpose of further attraction of direct foreign investments for the accelerated and large-scale conducting the exploration works aimed at providing the advancing stock gain of hydrocarbonic raw material, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that:

On January 25, 2006 between NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" and JSC Gazprom (Russia) the Agreement on the basic principles of carrying out geological studying of subsoil of investment blocks of the Ustyurt region of the Republic of Uzbekistan is signed (further - the Agreement);

2. Ceased to be valid

3. NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" grant JSC Gazprom licenses for right to use by subsoil plots for geological studying of Akchalaksky, Agyinsky, Shakhpakhtinsky, Nasambeksky, Kuanyshsky, Aktumsuksky and West Urginsky investment blocks of the Ustyurt region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, having provided requirements of Item 2 of the Order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 23, 2006 of NR-2428.
