About development of fields of Kandymsky group, Hauzak, Shada and conducting exploration works in the Ustyurt region of the Republic of Uzbekistan on terms of agreement about the Section of products
For the purpose of increase in production and export of hydrocarbons by attraction of direct foreign investments and special advanced technologies on development of gas-condensate fields of Kandymsky group, Hauzak and Shada decides the Cabinet of Ministers:
1. Take into consideration that:
the open joint stock company "The Lukoil oil company (Russia) and National holding company "Uzbekneftegaz" creates consortium of investors without formation of legal entity (daleeinvestor);
the feasibility statement on the project is developed, the draft agreement on the Section of products concerning the site of Kandymsky group of fields, sites Hauzak and Shada, and also the Kungradsky site (Production sharing agreement) is prepared and approved;
Special state commission on development of conditions of use of natural resources and consideration of draft agreements on the Section of products approves the key technical and economic parameters and the text of the Production sharing agreement.
2. Approve the Production sharing agreement between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the investor.
Authorize the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sultanov U. T. sign the Agreement on behalf of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the chairman of NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" Azizov A. A. - on behalf of NHK "Uzbekneftegaz".
3. Determine the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan authorized body of the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of implementation of the Production sharing agreement.
