In ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval, entry into force of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the questions of legal regulation connected with it" of April 15, 1999 the No. 122 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "The list of professions (positions) and workplaces with heavy, harmful and dangerous working conditions having the factors which are negatively influencing health of workers and also for the purpose of public health care - in the food industry, public catering, health care, trade, etc. where in case of execution of an employment agreement the medical certificate about health of the worker is required (the list is attached).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the list of the professions, productions and the companies requiring obligatory physical examination of workers, and procedure for carrying out such inspections" of May 5, 1998 No. 107.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 1999 based on the relevant law.
