Declare invalid Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About creation of the State labor inspection under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" of April 28, 1997 No. 31.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 1999 based on the relevant law.
