3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of work of the qualification commission on certification of ecological auditors

1. The qualification commission on certification of ecological auditors (further - the Commission) is formed for the purpose of carrying out certification of persons applying for the occupation right ecological auditor activities.

2. The main objective of the Commission is determination of level of professional knowledge and degree of qualification of persons applying for the occupation right ecological auditor activities.

3. The commission, within the powers, certifies persons applying for the occupation right ecological auditor activities (further - candidates), passes the written decision on certification or not certification of candidates.
