For the purpose of establishment of procedure for state registration of Bars and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on state registration of Bars.

2. Determine that:

2.1. The republican Bar acts on the basis of the Charter, accepted by presidium of this Bar;

2.2. since December 1, 2002 activities of the Bars which did not undergo state registration according to the procedure, determined by this Decree are forbidden.

3. The paragraph of the seventh of item 4 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 1997 No. 12 "About some measures for enhancement of lawyer and notarial activities in the Republic of Belarus" (1997, 14, the Art. 485) to state collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus to No. in the following edition:

4. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for implementation of this Decree.
