According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About safety and labor protection" and Rules of development and approval of regulatory legal acts by state bodies on safety and labor protection, and Rules of development and approval of industry standard rates on safety and labor protection, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2004 N 1182, for the purpose of establishment of the main requirements for safety and labor protection of the specialists who are involved in investigation of aviation incidents, and also crew members of the airplane and the helicopter in case of accomplishment of the job responsibilities by them, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Security guidelines and labor protection for the aviation incidents working in the commission on investigation.
2. To impose control of execution of this order on Management of the state supervision of safety of flights of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective from the moment of its state registration in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
