About procedure for provision to physical persons of privileges on customs payments

According to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Determine that privileges on customs payments by them on customs area of the Republic of Belarus are provided to the physical persons who are disabled people of the I group or parents having many children when importing of goods individually by the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Such privileges can be provided in the form of exemption of customs payments, decrease in their rates, compensation of the amounts of the paid customs payments.

The goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus with provision of privileges on customs payments are used for the personal, domestic, family and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity.

In case of inappropriate use of these goods the right to privileges is lost, and the amounts of customs payments, penalty fee and penalties are collected according to the legislation.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for provision to the physical persons who are disabled people of the I group or parents having many children, privileges on customs payments.

3. This Decree does not regulate procedure for provision to physical persons of privileges on the customs payments connected with implementation of business activity by them.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time:

provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree;

take other measures directed to realization of provisions of this Decree.
