About measures for enhancement of the payments mechanism for the electric power consumed by the water management organizations

For the purpose of strengthening of control of justification, completeness and timeliness of payments for the electric power consumed by the water management organizations of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. Establish since January 1, 2008 procedure according to which:

in the expenses of the government budget provided to the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan funds for calculations for the electric power consumed by the water management organizations separately are allocated;

in Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions personal accounts for the territorial water management organizations of the Ministry of water economy are opened;

expense budgets of the territorial water management organizations, after approval by their Ministry of water economy and registration in accordance with the established procedure by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, are fixed in the single database of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance and its territorial subdivisions;

the agreements between the water management and power supplying organizations signed within the registered expense budgets are subject to obligatory registration in territorial subdivisions of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
