1. Approve the Concept of the Government portal it (is applied).

2. To the ministry of information development jointly with Service of information and to ensure safety of the Republic of Moldova creation of the Government portal according to the approved Concept.

3. Appoint the technological operator of the Government portal the state company "Center of Special Telecommunications" which will create information system of the Portal will provide its functioning, safety, servicing and the subsequent upgrade in System of telecommunications of bodies of public management.

4. To perform financing of creation and implementation of the Government portal in 2007 by financial means of Fund of implementation of National strategy of creation of information society "Electronic Moldova".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Government office.
