1. General provisions

1.1. According to Single rules of protection of subsoil in case of development of fields of solid minerals development of fields of solid minerals is allowed on condition of observance of requirements of the legislation on subsoil in the presence of the development plan for mining operations.

1.2. The development plan for mining operations are developed for year according to projects and affirm the company in coordination with Gosgortekhnadzor of the Republic of Tajikistan.
