About improvement of ecological and sanitary and epidemiologic situation in river basin Zaravshan
In connection with the developed strained water management and ecological situation in river basin Zaravshan and for the purpose of prevention of deterioration in sanitary and epidemiologic situation in the Samarkand, Navoiy and Bukhara Cabinet of Ministers regions decides:
1. Approve actions for improvement of ecological and sanitary and epidemiologic situation in river basin Zaravshan, to the prevention and liquidation of possible emergency situations when transporting dangerous goods through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. The interdepartmental working commission created by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 3, 2001 on improvement of ecological and sanitary and epidemiologic situation in river basin Zaravshan:
it is regular to hear reports of heads of the ministries, departments, economic associations, khokimiyats of the Samarkand, Navoiy and Bukhara regions on the course of realization of planned activities;
following the results of every half-year to provide information on accomplishment of the approved actions in the Cabinet of Ministers.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan I.Kh.Dzhurabekov.
