2. To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Trade and material resources of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Industry ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of bakery products of the Republics of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Agriculture and land reform of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan, concerns "Tadzhiklegprom", "Sanoati Makhalli", "Umron", Government "Tadzhikmatlubot", Tadzhikpishcheprom committee of the company" Tadikles with participation of executive committees of local councils of People's Deputies and other interested organizations in a month:
determine real production volumes food and nonfoods and raw materials for 1994 and on their basis to develop balance of export and import of these products;
develop the list of the competitive products sold for freely convertible currency;
before stabilization of the domestic market to develop for 1994 the list and amounts of main types of raw materials, products of consumer goods of which the stabilization fund of the republic will be created and in a month to provide them to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan.
To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring amounts of tasks of stabilization fund to the ministries, departments, executive committees of local councils, the companies and the organizations.
