1.2. Based on assessment of working conditions certification of workplaces is carried out.
1.3. Certification of workplaces under the terms of work (further certification) is carried out at the companies and in the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, managing and departmental accessory.
1.4. Certification includes:
1.4.1. Complex tool research of physical, chemical, biological factors of the production circle, weight and intensity of labor process on workplace;
1.4.2. Reasons for reference of workplace to class and degree of harm and danger of work;
1.4.3. Reasons for reference of production, organizations, works, professions, positions and indicators to the list N 1, N 2, N3 granting the right to preferential provision of pensions;
1.4.4. Reasons for annual additional vacation for work in adverse conditions of work and special kind of work;
1.4.5. Confirmation (establishment) of availability or lack of the right of workers to preferential provision of pensions for work in adverse conditions of work;
