Approve the Procedure for use in 2007 for the means provided in the government budget for support of ecologically safe condition in exclusion zones and unconditional (obligatory) settling out which is attached.

Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for support of ecologically safe condition in exclusion zones and unconditional (obligatory) settling out

1. This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2007 of the means provided according to the budget program "Support of Ecologically Safe Condition in Exclusion Zones and Unconditional (Obligatory) Settling Out" (further - budgetary funds).

2. Accomplishment of the budget program is provided at the expense of general and special fund of the government budget.

3. The main manager of budgetary funds is the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the manager of the lowest level - state departamentadministration of exclusion zone and zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out (further - the manager).

Receivers of budgetary funds is:

state specialized enterprise "Regional Government of Ensuring the Organizational and Technical and Ordering Activities";

the state specialized enterprise according to the treatment of radioactive waste and deactivations "Complex";

state specialized scientific and production enterprise "Chernobyl Radio Ecological Center";
