2. This Instruction determines payment procedure of charges and application of rates for licensing for production and distribution of telebroadcasts.
3. The ranking officers of Teleradio committee occupied with licensing and also legal entities (teleradio organizations) obtaining the license shall observe requirements of this Instruction.
4. For receipt of the license the legal entity submits the application to Teleradio committee on the form established in the Provision "About Procedure for Licensing in the field of Television and Broadcasting".
5. The teleradio committee determines the amount of collection for licensing according to this Instruction and based on the data specified in the statement of the teleradio organization.
6. The collection sum for licensing is granted by the applicant or person acting under its power of attorney on ten-day time after decision making of the commission about issue of the license to the Teleradio organization.
7. Charges for licensing are brought in national currency, in cash or non-cash form at the US dollar exchange rate on the date of collection payment.
8. The arrived money dues are listed in the income of the republican budget after licensing to the Applicant.
