For the purpose of social protection of workers of science, culture, national education, health care, archive organizations and separate employee categories of the social sphere in the conditions of transition to market economy, and in pursuance of the Decree of Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 29, 1994 the No. 163 Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides reducings the developed lagging of the salary from the pay level of work of workers of production industries:
1. Raise since February I, 1994 for 50 percent the operating tariff charges and salaries to separate employee categories:
cultures, national education, health care, archive organizations and social security according to the list determined by appendices No. 1-31 of the resolution of Goskomtrud of the USSR of March 20, 1991 No. 70;
sciences - according to the list determined by appendices No. 1, of the 3 and 5 resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 18, 1991 No. 316.
Establish official pay rate of the nurse in system of national education at the level of official pay rate of junior medical personnel.
In case of establishment of the new tariff charges and official pay rates are considered all occurred from the moment of adoption of the specified resolutions of increase in minimum wage in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Along with increase in the tariff charges and salaries all types of the allowances and surcharges provided employee categories by notes to Goskomtrud's resolution of the USSR of March 20, 1991 No. 70 and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 18, 1991 No. 316 increase.
2. Determine that operation of this resolution does not extend to those workers of system of science, national education, health care, culture, archive organizations and social security which salary is determined according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 21, 1992 No. 171.
