About rates for communication services
Due to the next increase in prices for the equipment, spare parts, cable products, electricity tariffs, rise in price of transportation and processing of mail, and also transition of the CIS countries to the international principles of exchange of mailings, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Establish since May 1, 1993:
- limiting rates for services of mail service to the population on exchange of mailings, according to appendix;
- the size of subscription service fee of city and rural telephone communication and radiofication to state-financed organizations in the amount of 50% of the level established for the self-supporting companies;
- rate for installation of phone to participants of the Great Patriotic War and other combat operations, and also disabled people of the II group and disabled from childhood in the amount of 20% of the level established for the population.
2. Raise rates for services of cable communication to the population on average by 12 times.
3. To the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan to approve in coordination with the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan the price list for services of mail service to the population and to bring to the interested ministries, departments.
