About strengthening of protection of fish inventories, valuable species of fish in fishery reservoirs of the Republic of Tajikistan

Due to the price indexation on fish and fish products and for the purpose of strengthening of protection of fish inventories of valuable species of fish in fishery reservoirs of the republic, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed rates for calculation of the amount of collection for the damage caused by the organizations, the companies and citizens illegal catch, production or destruction of valuable species of fish in reservoirs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Declare invalid Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 11, 1992 No. 314 "About measures for strengthening of protection of fish inventories in reservoirs of the Republic of Tajikistan" regarding approval of dachshunds for calculation of the amount of collection for the damage caused by the organizations, the companies and citizens illegal catch, production or destruction of valuable species of fish in reservoirs of the Republic of Tajikistan".
