For the purpose of social protection of employees of services of the state veterinary science, quarantine and protection of agricultural plants against wreckers and diseases, seed control of strain testing of crops, distant-pasture livestock production and stage of the cattle, normative and research stations on work of system of agro-industrial complex in the conditions of transition to market economy, reducing the developed lagging of the salary of these employee categories from compensation of workers of other industries, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Establish since August 1, 1994 to employees of services of the state veterinary science, quarantine and protection of agricultural plants against wreckers and diseases, seed control, strain testing of crops, distant-pasture livestock production and stage of the cattle, normative and research stations on work of system of agro-industrial complex official pay rates and payment terms of work according to appendices No. 1-5.
Official pay rates of deputy managers and chief accountants of the organizations and their structural divisions it is established 10-30 percent below than official pay rate of the corresponding head.
2. Grant the right to heads of services of the state veterinary science, quarantine and protection of agricultural plants against wreckers and diseases, seed control, strain testing of crops, distant-pasture livestock production and stage of the cattle, normative and research stations on work of system of agro-industrial complex within the established salary fund:
make the changes caused by need of use of new, progressive forms of modern technology and technology of management to the approved staff lists;
