About procedure for the address of freely-convertible currency in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan
For the purpose of legalization of currency transactions in the Republic of Tajikistan, accelerations of process of establishment of the objective exchange rate of ruble to foreign currencies and increases in inflow of hard currency to the republic the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Resolve carrying out currency transactions in the domestic market of the Republic of Tajikistan, meaning legalizations of transactions on purchase and sale of foreign currency by physical persons and legal entities, irrespective of nationality.
2. Permit the commercial banks having the right of making of currency exchange transactions, make transactions on purchase and sale of currency by physical persons without presentation of any documents confirming source (educations) of currency.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan to prepare offers on the organization of currency auctions, creation in the Republic of Tajikistan of the currency exchange in a month and to provide for consideration of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan.
