For the purpose of ensuring stable financing of forestry according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 636 of December 27, 1993 the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on Republican fund "Safety and Reproduction of the Woods" it (is applied).
2. Charge to Azerles Production association:
* in connection with creation of Republican fund "Safety and Reproduction of the Woods" together with the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and Joint-stock and commercial agro-industrial bank of the republic to provide preparation and application of the corresponding instructions;
* in accordance with the established procedure to approve the corresponding regulations with the Provision approved by this Resolution.
