In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2000 No. 363-Z "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" and resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2000 No. 774 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" (2000, No. 54, 5/3294) the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus decides the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization and implementation of production control over observance of requirements of industrial safety on hazardous production facilities (further - Rules).
2. To committee on supervision of safe operation in the industry and nuclear power under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, and also to the ministries and other republican state bodies, associations subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus which have the subordinated organizations operating hazardous production facilities within the powers to provide control of holding by these organizations necessary actions for implementation of these rules.
