In development of the order of the Promatomnadzor of May 11, 1998 and being guided N44 by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 1998 N280 "About Obligatory Declaring of Safety of Production Facilities of the Republic of Belarus" I ORDER:

1. Approve and enact the enclosed "Procedure for examination of the declaration of safety of production facilities of the Republic of Belarus" since June 15, 1998.

2. To provide to chiefs of inspections, Expert service:

2.1. informing administrative and executive authorities, heads of the companies which are subject to declaring about this Procedure;

2.2. systematic control of the course of implementation of the Procedure for conducting examination of the declaration of safety.

3. To chiefs of Expert service, interregional inspections till July 1, 1998 to prepare and submit the list of the organizations to which the right of conducting examination of declarations of safety of production facilities can be granted for approval.

4. Assign the organization of examination of declarations of safety of production facilities to Expert service of Committee (Chekalov M. A.)

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on vice-chairmen of Committee.
