About order of registration of purchase and sale agreements, exchanges, donations of wheel motorized vehicles, trail cars to them and self-propelled machines

1. Determine that:

1.1. purchase and sale agreements, exchanges, donations of motorized vehicles, trail cars to them, self-propelled machines between physical persons, and also between physical persons and legal entities or individual entrepreneurs, concluded in simple written form (further - agreements), are constituted in triplicate, are registered in the presence of the parties:

in registration or registration and examination divisions of the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further - registration divisions) - concerning motorized vehicles and trail cars to them (except for wheel tractors and trail cars to them);

in the state inspectorates for supervision of technical condition of machines and the equipment of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (further - inspections of Gostekhnadzor) - concerning wheel tractors, trail cars to them and self-propelled machines;

1.2. registration of agreements is performed by putting down on each their copy of seal of registration division with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus or seal of inspection of Gostekhnadzor with its name, signatures of the employee of registration division or inspection of Gostekhnadzor and registration date;
