1. Determine that:

1.1. Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus:

provides to the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus remote access to the databanks which are under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus according to the list according to appendix;

is responsible for reliability and timeliness of provision of information, and also reports about any amendments, changes or errors of information support within five days from the moment of their detection;

1.2. State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus:

performs acceptance and processing of the provided information;

ensures safety and protection of the acquired information against unauthorized access, its use on office appointment;

does not allow transfer of the acquired information to the third parties.

2. To assign execution of this resolution to management of communication and automation of Finance department and the back of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and to the head operational management, head department on the mode and organizational support of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus.
