About the regulatory legal acts containing the state normative requirements of labor protection

2. Approve the enclosed list of types of the regulatory legal acts containing the state normative requirements of labor protection.
3. Determine that the state normative requirements of labor protection containing in the regulatory legal acts specified in the list approved by this resolution are developed and affirm federal executive bodies as the following procedure:
a) cross-industry rules and standard instructions for labor protection are developed with participation of the interested federal executive bodies and affirm the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation;
b) industry rules and standard instructions for labor protection are developed and affirm the corresponding federal executive bodies in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation;
c) rules and security guidelines, Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation, construction and sanitary standards and rules, hygienic standard rates and state standards of labor safety, sets of rules on designing and construction regarding the state normative requirements of labor protection are developed and affirm the corresponding federal executive bodies in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation.
