About stimulation of activities for suppression of illicit movement of goods through border of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of strengthening of interaction of the border services and customs authorities in suppression of illicit movement of goods and values through Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan, providing financial incentive of the caused a stir military personnel and workers, and also development of material and technical resources of boundary and customs posts the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Permit Committee on protection of Frontier of Service of homeland security and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to form single off-budget fund of social development and material stimulation of the workers providing legality of movement of goods through border of the Republic of Uzbekistan under Service of homeland security.

Determine that means of the specified single off-budget fund are used by purpose on encouragement of the military personnel of Committee on protection of Frontier and employees of the customs authorities which are directly participating in suppression of illicit movement of goods and property through border of the Republic of Uzbekistan on payment of the initial contribution by the serviceman of Border troops of Service of state security, and also on strengthening of material and technical resources of customs and boundary posts.

2. Establish since November 1, 2004 the following procedure for distribution of means from sales of goods or other values withdrawn by customs authorities and frontier guards as a result of their illicit movement through border of the Republic of Uzbekistan and turned in the procedure established by the legislation into the income of the state:

76 percent - in the government budget;

16 percent - in single off-budget fund of social development and material stimulation of the workers providing legality of movement of goods through border;

8 percent - in Fund of development of courts and judicial authorities.
