For the purpose of realization of Item 1 of article 60-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About environmental protection", I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of reference of the dangerous wastes which are formed in the course of activities of physical persons and legal entities to specific class of danger.
2. (Eleushov B. S.) to provide to department of environmental assessment and regulation of environmental management of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan official publication of this order in mass media after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister Bekzhanov Zh. L.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
