About prolongation of term of use of the state privatization shares (checks) released in the Azerbaijan Republic

Considering that the state privatization shares (checks) released in the Azerbaijan Republic are not completely used in privatization of state-owned property, for the purpose of further expansion of participation of the population, including local and foreign business people in the course of privatization, investment attraction in national economy, and also I decide improvements of social welfare of the population:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the term of use of the state privatization shares (checks) which are in circulation as means of payment in case of privatization of state-owned property - till January 1, 2011;

1.2. privatization shares (checks) which are not used as means of payment in case of privatization of state-owned property to the term specified in Item 1.1 of this Decree in the procedure established by the legislation are excluded from the address.

2. Determine that:

2.1. to citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic who according to the legislation on privatization of state-owned property of the Azerbaijan Republic were given the right of receipt of the state privatization share released in due time, but for one reason or another could not receive it, for receipt of this share 3 months from the date of the introduction of this Decree in force are provided;

2.2. within 2 months after completion of the term established in subitem 2.1 of this Decree, to stated below citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic the given right of receipt of the released state privatization share, issues one state privatization share consisting of 4 (four) checks again:

2.2.1. to legitimate heirs of the citizens who became shekhida in fight for territorial integrity, sovereignty and the state independence of the Azerbaijan Republic, and shekhid on January 20;
