1. Approve Rules of ensuring storage of nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation (further - Rules) which are attached.
2. To management concerning physical protection and guarantees of neraspostraneniye of nuclear weapon of Department of nuclear regulation (V. Kravtsov):
2.1. Provide provision of this order in five-day time on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Provide order rassylaniye according to the list of mailing.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister O. Smyshlyaev.
