1. This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2007 of means of special fund of the government budget of the provided Ministries for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources for the "Restructuring and Liquidation of Objects of the Companies of Mountain Chemistry and Implementation of Immediate Nature Protection Actions in Zone of Their Activities" program (dalshebyudzhetny means).
2. Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources develops in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of Ministry of Economics and Minprompolitiki the work plan concerning restructuring and liquidation of objects of the companies of mountain chemistry and implementation of immediate nature protection actions in zone of their activities (further - the work plan) according to:
the actions plan on liquidation of ecological effects of activities of the JSC Oriana Potash Plant affiliated enterprise (Kalush) for 2003-2012 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2002 N485;
