The Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus and Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
based on rules of international law and national legal system,
respecting sovereignty of the states of each of the Parties,
recognizing need of active participation of the Parties for legal support of the bilateral relations,
realizing importance of simplification of implementation by the Parties of economic (economic) justice,
agreed as follows:
For the purpose of implementation of tasks on forming of common information space and creation of the legal base for providing courts with operational legal information of the Party shall provide each other the regulatory legal acts regulating their activities.
The parties within the obligations provided in Article 1 of this Memorandum will direct regulatory legal acts on such questions as jurisdiction and cognizance, the sizes and payment procedure of the state fee in case of presentation of claims, terms of limitation and executive period, change in the procedure of consideration of civil cases and execution of judgments on these cases and on other questions.
The parties inform each other on practice of application of the legislation and for this purpose exchange materials of generalization and the analysis of court practice.
At the discretion of the Parties them also other materials concerning their activities can go on mutual basis.
Legal information shall be submitted in Russian within perhaps short terms and is non-paid. For transmission of messages and materials means of electronic communication, and also magnetic carriers can be used.
