The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve applied:

Regulations on the Accreditation commission.

2. Determine that the payment for licensing for provision of educational services (further - the license) is levied in the amount of fifteen minima of the income of citizens which are not assessed by taxes for services in the field of preschool, general secondary and out-of-school education and twenty minima of the income of citizens which are not assessed by taxes - services in the field of the highest and vocational training, and for renewal of the license, and also for issue of the copy and duplicate of the license - in the amount of five minima of the income of citizens which are not assessed by taxes.

The payment for issue and renewal of the license, and also for issue of the copy and duplicate of the license is brought by the subject of educational activities into accounts of territorial authority of the State Treasury No. 3510 in organizations of National Bank and No. 2510 in organizations of commercial banks (code of budget classification according to the income 1406200, symbol of the reporting of bank 069).

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science to approve in three-months time:

licensed conditions of provision of educational services;

procedure of control of observance of licensed conditions of provision of educational services;

regulations on commission of experts and procedure for conducting licensed examination.

4. Recognize invalid Regulations on licensing of educational institutions and the Regulations on the State accreditation commission approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 12, 1996 No. 200 "About licensing, certification and accreditation of educational institutions" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 7, Art. 216; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 35, Art. 86).
