1. These rules are developed according to article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About natural monopolies", and determine procedure for hearing of cases by signs of violations of the law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About natural monopolies" (further the law) from authorized body of regulation of natural monopolies (further authorized body).

2. Statements of business entities, consumers, public associations of consumers, their associations and unions, representation of executive bodies in authorized body form the basis for hearing of cases.

The authorized body has the right to consider cases on own initiative based on messages of mass media or the materials testimonial of violation of the law which are available at their order.

3. The application is submitted in writing with application of documents, (in the original proper or the copies certified by the applicant) testimonial of violation of the law.

4. Shall be specified in the statement:

- the information about the applicant and about person concerning which the application is submitted;

- description of the circumstances testimonial of violation of the law;

- the requirement with which the applicant addresses;

Documents in foreign languages are submitted with appendix of certified translation in the Tajik or Russian languages.

Documents and statements - containing trade secret, shall have the corresponding mark and the containing data are not subject to disclosure.

In case of discrepancy of the statement to the specified requirements it to consideration is not accepted and returns to the applicant within 10 days from the date of its receipt to authorized body.

5. In the presence of the data which are trade secret, the authorized body shall take measures for their protection.
