Determinations of the prices (rates), or their limit of the business entities included in the Register of the business entities borrowing in dominant position in the goods market of the Republic of Tajikistan it is entered for the purpose of the prevention, restriction and suppression of exclusive activities and unfair competition and it is directed for creation of conditions of effective functioning of the goods markets.

3. It is forbidden actions of business entities (group of persons) which have or can have the result non-admission, restriction, elimination of the competition and infringement of interests of other business entities (group of persons) or physical persons including:

- increase, decrease or maintenance of the prices (rates);

- establishment (maintenance) of the prices (rates), discounts, allowances (surcharges), markups, costs, profit or any other components;
