About realization of part six of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the address in Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors"
According to part six of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the address in Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that cannot be allowed to implementation of the separate types of activity (works, professions, service) connected with the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors:
minors;
persons who have not removed or unspent conviction on crimes of moderate severity, heavy and especially heavy and/or the crimes in the field of the address of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs or precursors including made abroad and other crimes;
persons recognized in accordance with the established procedure as incapacitated;
person who establishes the diagnosis of mental disturbance;
persons who had in accordance with the established procedure no narcological or psychiatric examination.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
