In pursuance of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 7, 1999 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides N968 "About Measures for Ensuring Protection of the Rights of Members of Investment Funds and Investment Companies":
1. Approve the Procedure for deposition of the means which are not paid to members of investment funds and mutual funds of investment companies which are liquidated in connection with these participants at the scheduled time the investment certificates of investment funds and investment companies belonging to them (are attached) to the redemption.
2. Determine "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" open joint stock company authorized bank by servicing and payment of means for investment certificates of the liquidated investment funds and mutual funds of investment companies.
3. Take into consideration that control of procedure for deposition and payment of the means which are not paid to members of investment funds and mutual funds of investment companies which are liquidated, in connection with non-presentation these participants to the redemption at the scheduled time of the investment certificates of investment funds and investment companies belonging to them is performed by the National commission on securities and the stock market.
