1. Approve the Procedure for entering of mark into the passport of the citizen of Ukraine of rather identification number of physical litsaplatelshchik of taxes and other obligatory payments it (is applied).
2. To department of servicing of taxpayers of State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Kosarchuk V. P.), to Department of public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Podashevskaya T. L.) after state registration of this order to provide its publication in mass media.
3. To department of automation of processes of the taxation of State Tax Administration of Ukraine () the order give M. I. Semirga in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman of State Tax Administration of Ukraine Moskalenko V. M. and the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine Prisyazhnyuk A. Y.
5. To send the order and appendices to it on accessory.
