For the purpose of safety of the country, increase in efficiency of control of production, distribution, transportation and realization of ammonium nitrate, non-admission of cases of its loss, plunder, possibility of use as component for illegal production of explosives the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Determine that for agricultural and technological needs supply of ammonium nitrate is performed:
for export - the manufacturing companies of mineral fertilizers according to the signed contracts;
to agricultural enterprises - through territorial JSC Agrokimyokhimoya of JSC Uzagrokimyokhimoya on the basis of the signed agreements;
to the companies using ammonium nitrate for technological needs - under direct contracts with the manufacturing companies of mineral fertilizers.
Exclude ammonium nitrate from the list of products and goods realized at the exchange biddings and in retail trade.
Prohibit realization of ammonium nitrate through intermediate points of realization of mineral fertilizers (shakhobch).
