the delivery agreement of oil products is constituted on submission of the corresponding conclusions of territorial subdivisions of the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan by owners of gas station, Uzneftegazinspektion, managements of fire safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State inspection of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan about compliance of gas station to requirements of the legislation on labor protection and safe engineering, to fire-proof requirements, requirements of acceptance, storage, accounting and leave of oil products, and also about availability of sanitary and hygienic node of the public appointment meeting the requirements of sanitary and town-planning standards and rules;
employees of gas station shall have in accordance with the established procedure training, retraining, advanced training, examination on the equipment and fire safety;
